Cryptocurrency mining firm Riot Blockchain says it’ll purchase Texas-based Bitcoin internet hosting facility Whinstone for $80M in money and round $570M in inventory  —  – Deal will encompass $80m in money plus a set 11.8m shares  — Deal anticipated to shut within the second quarter of 2021
